RETURNS POLICY

We only accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.  All returns must have prior authorization to receive refund.  Prior authorization requires return to be requested via the marketplace from where you placed the order.  Marketplace authorizes your return and provides a return shipping label.   Alternatively, you may contact us to assist you with authorization and a return shipping label.  If there is no prior authorization, your return will not be eligible for a refund.  Please note we do not accept returns after 30 days.  You may contact us directly after 30 days should you have any questions.

 

INITIATING A RETURN

Sign into the marketplace where you purchased our product, locate your order and start a return.  Only brand new, unused, uninstalled items can be returned for a refund and must be in their original packaging.  If the product has been installed or is defective or damaged, do not request a return.  Contact us directly for further assistance.  For Amazon purchases only, Amazon provides the option to receive a replacement or refund.   Marketplace will authorize your return request and provide a return label.  This is your return authorization.  Please be sure to keep tracking information until the return has been refunded.  If you need to contact us after you make the return, we may ask you for the return tracking number.  Once delivered to our warehouse, all returns are inspected.  The refund will be processed after the inspection is completed.  This typically takes 1-2 days.

 

CORE CHARGE OR CORE EXCHANGE

All products are sold outright with no core charge or core exchange.  We do not accept cores as credit.


REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer any replacements or exchanges.  However, if you purchased our product through Amazon, Amazon offers a replacement option in lieu of a refund when initiating a return.  We cannot exchange one part for another as all product transactions must be initiated in the marketplace.  The part will need to be returned.  If a different part is needed, you will need to place a new order for that part.
