SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES
We do not ship directly from our US warehouse to international destinations; only to the lower 48 United States. If you are purchasing from another country and purchasing through Ebay, Ebay offers international shipping as part of their international shipping program. International orders purchased through Ebay are managed by Ebay.
SAME-DAY SHIPPING
We offer same day shipping when order is purchased before our cut-off time of 2PM EST. Once your purchase is complete and your payment is processed by marketplace, we will receive your order to ship same day Monday through Friday. All other orders received after cut-off time will ship by the next business day. Orders purchased on a Friday after cut-off time will ship the next business day which is Monday.
SHIPPING SERVICE/SPEED
All our shipping is done Monday through Friday only. We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders. Standard ground service has estimated transit time up to 6 days depending on your shipping destination. For example, orders shipping to AR or GA could estimate between 1-2 days whereas orders shipping to CA or WA could estimate up to 6 days. If you require expedited service, you may select expedited service while you are placing your order in the marketplace for an additional fee. Expedited service options are next day air and second day air. Transit time for expedited service is calculated from the date we ship your order not from the date you make the purchase. Expedited orders are handled for same day shipping if purchased prior to our cut-off time otherwise will ship next business day. Our distribution centers are located in MS and SC.
